Easygoings is a 3D first person narrative game where players confront physical manifestations of their insecurities using positive affirmations and emotional reflection. Set across symbolic environments, the experience guides players through memories of the past and fears of the future, gradually building the strength to fight back. In the demo, players explore a snowy world filled with enemies that whisper self-doubt, learning lessons through visual storytelling and dialogue that unlock the power to push forward. The game encourages introspection, healing, and finding gratitude in the present.

I designed the core gameplay loop based on research into immersive therapeutic experiences, drawing from real-world case studies, psychological publications, and medical applications of interactive media. I crafted stealth and combat sequences that reflected the emotional stakes of each moment, carefully pacing the levels to guide the player through the narrative with intention. Each environment was uniquely themed to evoke a specific emotional response, reinforcing the player’s personal connection to the story.
Programming
I developed the enemy AI and perception systems, allowing enemies to detect and react to the player through line of sight and proximity. I also implemented the health and damage systems.
